1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Nowzana Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Nowzana Technologies provides custom software development, algorithmic trading systems, Expert Advisor development, and related IT services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate written agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all custom code and deliverables developed specifically for their project. Nowzana Technologies retains rights to generic frameworks, libraries, and tools used across multiple projects.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) before project discussions begin. We do not share client project details, strategies, or business information with third parties.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined per project agreement. Typically, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. Remaining payments are milestone-based. All work is paused for overdue invoices.
6. Disclaimers — Trading Software
Algorithmic trading software carries inherent financial risk. Past performance of any trading system does not guarantee future results. Nowzana Technologies is not a licensed financial advisor and does not provide investment advice. Clients use trading systems at their own financial risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nowzana Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our software or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India. For international clients, we are open to mutually agreed arbitration.
